As a part of Indutrade Group, Labkotec functions by the values and principles that are stated in the Indutrade Code of Conduct. Code of Conduct is intended to support all employees in their daily work.
Code of Conduct covers all the employees of Indutrade Group, and every employee has a personal responsibility to uphold the principles Indutrade has, as well as to report deviations from the Code of Conduct.

Meaningful stakeholder dialog — We aim to conduct our operations through meaningful dialog with our employees, our business partners and with other stakeholders who affect, and are affected by, our operations.
Employee responsibility — Our employees are to comply with Indutrade’s principles and to take responsibility both for their own behavior and Indutrade’s products and services.
The President and CEO of Indutrade is ultimately responsible for the Code of Conduct, while ongoing responsibility for compliance and monitoring rests with the President of each subsidiary.
